location is the best. The hotel is at ZTL the limited traffic zone yet it is located in a place where you can easily access by car without any obstacle (such as bars) because public buses even pass by that area. (And hotel is reporting to the authority that we are their guests so we don’t get the fine. They even parked our car and brought it back to us only with fee that we pay to the hotel per night, no extra charge! ) From the hotel, we can walk to any places almost flat. I saw some escalators or elevators coming up but it doesn’t reach to the top if we opted to stay down the old town. I’m sure it was so inconvenient for us just to visit the old town. Perugia old town is not big, but surrounding medieval houses stretches wide so that it would be hard to go up by foot even you take minimetro or escalators. The best other option can be bus which stops at this hotel area. But to me, facility was really super good, and staff were all very professional, and I’d come back to this hotel if I come to Perugia again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a few steps from most sights and shops. It was very pleasant every morning after a few minutes' walk to go to Pastiiciera Sandri, have a wonderful meal here and observe the life around us in the Italian way. The Sina Brufani itself is a pleasant hotel with a nice atmosphere from earlier times, which pampers us with comfortable room furnishings and especially the best bed we have ever slept in in a 5-star hotel. The garage service, which brought our car to the garage in a flash every morning and took it back to the garage in the evening, is absolutely invaluable in a city where you can't park in the center. All hotel employees were willing to help and accommodate.

Beautiful old classic hotel. Well maintained. Beautiful position on the hilltop. My room had sweeping views of Perugia and the surrounding countryside. I had a nice size, comfortable room. Pleasant. King bed. Nice linens. Italy has terrible pillows. Haha Nice breakfast in a grand room. The more formal restaurant isn’t open unfortunately. They have a pool in the lower cavern area but I didn’t use it. I don’t like indoor pools, especially because they never see the sun to get sanitized. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel parked my car in a garage. The city has many turns but it’s fairly easy to get to the hotel and then out. Close to the points of interest.

It was in a great location. Close to everything, without being directly in the city. The hotel was lovely, old world charm. The room was a bit small, but comfortable, bathroom was great with a double vanity. Great continental breakfast, so if you book and like to have breakfast every morning, definitely worth it! The pool downstairs on the lower level was absolutely amazing. Wish we could have had spa services there. It would be the perfect place to get a massage, then enjoy the sauna and pool.

excellent location and our room had the most amazing view overlooking the mountain. We were in a deluxe double room. some friends also staying at the hotel didn’t have as great a view and rooms varied quite a lot in terms of being updated/outdated in decor. our room was cleaned twice on the day of our friends wedding and as it got quite messy during several of us getting ready it was nice to come home late that night to clean room. the pool.
